As part of our REACH initiative, Jonathan Neef has joined our staff as campus pastor for our fourth site. Jonathan interned at Christ Church while working on his MDIV at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 2016. Jonathan and his wife, Hanna, have a daughter named Claire, a son due in March, and a golden retriever.
Jonathan is passionate about helping people discover life with God by caring for people and communicating the love of God. He believes this happens best through people gathering together as the local church because it is where the issues of life meet the love and grace of God. There individual lives are transformed and whole communities are renewed.
Part of the REACH vision is to launch 10 new communities of grace, hope and love, 3 of which are new campuses of Christ Church. We have learned from being a multisite church that it works. Our Highland Park Campus now fills the building each Sunday from a group of only 12 and our Crossroads Campus now has two services on a Sunday. We believe launching new campuses will help us reach more people.
